To proceed with a reservation on our website, just click on the "Book Now" tab in the upper right corner, select the dates and number of adults/children/rooms. Then press book now. Will be displayed the various typologies of apartment and select the desired typology. To complete the reservation just click on "Reserve Now" and fill in the requested information.

If you desire to make a special request, please insert the information in the last step of the reservation designated as "comments". These requests are subject upon availability. After finish your reservation the booking confirmation is sent by e-mail for the designated address.

After you fill your personal data/payment details and the correct validation of the last one, you will receive an e-mail that confirms the reservation in the e-mail that you indicated. On the website, you will also receive the indication of your reservation number.

Is not necessary to deliver the credit card at the moment of the check-in. But if you have paid this way you will need to deliver it.

Yes, the Hotel reserves the right to ask for a security deposit, in cash, of 100 Euros per person.

Is not allowed to smoke inside of the apartments.

Only people authorized by the company will be able to access to the personal data during the execution of their work.

In case you find a lower price than the price available on www.soldoiro.com within 24 hours after the conclusion of your reservation on our website, we not only match this price, but also offer a 5% discount! Thus, you should proceed with a reservation on our website www.soldoiro.com and keep with you your reservation number. Then, fill the comments and indicate the website, with the link that you found the lowest price, or in case that you have already made your reservation send us a message through our website www.soldoiro.com indicating the number of your reservation, with the website and the link with the lowest price found. As soon as possible, you will be contacted with the new reservation price, which will be 5% less than the best price you have found.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the deposit amount will be charged immediately.

The Hotel have a private parking upon availability and extra fee depending of the season.

The Hotel does not have accessible apartments for disabled people.

The Hotel have two pools, one for adults and other for children’s and both are open all year.

The breakfast is not included in the price, but in case you pretend to include in your reservation, while performing your reservation, in the moment to select the typology desired, select the additional services the number of breakfasts pretended to all stay.

Yes, you may book for the same day.

While doing your research you may add the number of apartaments that you want, being the maximum of 20 apartments. However, for special group rates we appreciate to contact us directly. It is only possible to make a simultaneous reservation of several apartments when their composition of adults/children is homogeneous. If isn’t, you will need to do several reservations separately.

Through our website, is not possible to book a room for daily use. You should contact Soldoiro directly.

The services available for breakfast are Continental breakfast or the English breakfast upon request.

To book a stay at Apartamentos Turísticos Soldoiro, a deposit is always required in order to guarantee your stay. After performing your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details in order to proceed the deposit or you may choose to do the payment through the credit card. If your reservation is performed 2 days before the arrival, we will request the full payment by credit card.

On our website are available the lowests prices online. In case of the customer finds a lower price we do guarantee that we will match and apply a discount of 5% on that value, if presents exactly the same conditions as ours. In addition, there are exclusive discounts that are only available on our website.

The check-in time is from 4 PM and check-out until 11 AM. You may also find this information on the hotel page in the general conditions and in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation. The change may be possible upon availability of the Hotel. If you wish to change the time, please write in the last step of the reservation where it is designated as "comments", at the moment you are performing your reservation. However, it will always be subject to Hotel upon availability.

Cancellations for bookings between 01 July to 30 September and from 28 December to 02 January, including Easter Week, 14 days before arrival, full refund; Cancellations for bookings between 03 January to 30 June and from 01 October to 27 December, 48 hours before arrival, full refund; In case of No Show with the above mentioned conditions, the deposit will be charged to be discounted in a next booking within a maximum of one year from your entry date.

Are considered children from 2 years to 12 years and babies up to 2 years old. Free cot for children (up to 2 years). Maximum one baby cot per apartment. Children from 2 to 12 years, 50% in extra-bed.

The Bar is open from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The breakfast is available from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

The cleanness of the apartments and change towels is done in every three days and the linens is changed every seven days.

All the apartments have different capacities of the maximum people occupancy. Verify in advance in the descriptions and make a simulation inserting the number of adults and child’s.

No. At the Hotel, you can pay by credit card, debit card or cash, but a deposit is always requested after making your reservation, in order to guarantee your reservation.

No. If the reservation is pre-paid, the deposit amount is immediately charged from your credit card. If the reservation is post-paid (pay at the reception) a deposit will be requested in order to secure your reservation. All the apartments have free access to the wi-fi, as well as, in the public areas.
