I. General Conditions
All prices include VAT at the legally applicable rate in force.
Check-in: from 16:00 hrs.
Check-out: until 11:00 hrs.
Guests may be asked to leave a cash deposit of up to €100 per person at check-in, which will be returned at check-out after inspection of the apartment. This deposit is intended to cover any losses or damages, whether material or personal, that may be caused to Apartamentos Soldoiro during the stay. In such case, Apartamentos Soldoiro reserves the right to temporarily retain this deposit until the facts are fully investigated. If it is determined that the guest acted directly or indirectly in connection with the facts that gave rise to such losses or damages, Apartamentos Soldoiro will definitively retain the amount necessary to cover such damages or losses, without prejudice to any other legal measures it may deem necessary to hold the guest civilly and/or criminally liable.
The maximum capacities for each apartment type are as follows:
• T0 – 2 people
• T1 – 4 people
• T2 – 6 people
• T3 – 8 people
Cleaning every 2 days.
Towel change every 2 days.
Bed linen change every 7 days.
No animals are allowed, otherwise we will not carry out the guest’s check-in.
Complaints will only be accepted if made during the guest’s stay and addressed in writing to Management.
For electronic payments, a minimum amount may apply, as duly displayed at the property.
II. Cancellation/Modification Conditions
• Cancellations for bookings between 01 June and 30 September and from 28 December to 02 January: 14 days before arrival, full refund;
• Cancellations for bookings between 03 January and 31 May and from 01 October to 27 December: 48 hours before arrival, full refund;
• In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, the deposit amount will be charged and credited towards a future booking within a maximum period of one year from the check-in date.
• Modification terms: Cancellation policies apply.
• “No Show” fee: Applies in accordance with the cancellation fees.

HOW LONG ARE DATA STORED?
The period during which data are stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed.
Personal data are kept until the purpose for which they are intended is fulfilled and are deleted 5 years from the customer’s last interaction with our services.
Indeed, there are legal requirements that oblige data to be retained for a minimum period. Thus, whenever there is no specific legal requirement, data will be stored and retained only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or subsequent processing, or for the period authorized by the National Data Protection Commission, after which they will be deleted.
Regarding personal data collected within the scope of certain more personalized activities, possibly of a more sensitive nature, namely babysitting services, they will be deleted immediately after the end of the activity or at the end of the stay if the guest gives consent for this second condition.
